Walk the Walk 2023
Although The Walk might not be a thousand miles long, the journey of combating food insecurity is (or at least it's close). Needless to say, we have a lot of work to do and the first step that you can take in that journey is by joining us, the Youth Volunteers Team, for the 17th Annual Walk the Walk event by The Compass Food Bank.
By joining us and donating to the cause, you are supporting The Compass in offering their crucial support to individuals experiencing homelessness and low income families, through not only food, but numeruous services such as mental health support, job search, mentoring, and so much more.
This year also marks a historic first; the Youth Volunteers Team is the first team in the history of The Walk to be initiated by youths! Our goal is to show the community how powerful the youth demographic is (but of course families are welcome to join as well).
Tell your friends, neighbours family members, anyone you know as every donation, no matter the size, goes directly to The Compass to support thousands of individuals in our community.

We are also recruiting volunteers to help set up this event. Send us a private message or register on our website (link in bio) if you are interested - we do offer volunteer hours.
Together, let's support our community through a fun and memorable way.
