We’re beyond thrilled to share that our Youth Volunteers team has achieved the incredible! In just 48 hours, we turned 500 Neighbourhood Food Drive flyers from creative concepts into a beautifully printed and cut stack, delivering them straight to our neighbors' mailboxes.

 

Despite the blazing heat, the warmth we felt from our community was unmatched. Walking through our neighborhood, we were greeted with smiles, waves, and heartfelt conversations. Some neighbors inquired about the food bank's current status. Others were curious about our summer plans and goals.

 

A retired teacher told us, "I see hope in all of you. You are our future! Thank you for everything you do for our community. I am proud of you!" And the highlight? Watching little ones eagerly grab the flyers, with one child even rushing home to find food to donate. Their eagerness brought smiles and joy to all of us. This experience has truly shown us the harmony and warmth of our community family.
